Project Overview: Global MineTech

Global MineTech has reached the early commercialization stage with proven proprietary technology in the mining industry.  The principals seek to begin formal selling activities and contracted manufacturing of the equipment.  To move forward, startup capital of $6-12mm is desired, either equity or debt or both to launch sustainable operations for year one.  MineTech is an equipment sales and manufacturing company with headquarters in Quebec, CN.  Third party manufacturing and assembly/shipping/customer support occurs in both CN and USA.
